Friends, Can I pursue a legal action if somebody intentionally discriminates me for being - Nepali Continuously misrepresents my nepali heritage and says "Pakistani" Says "Spy" Makes a big issue for anything Prefers Hispanics than Nepalese Sends beer buddy to spy around I know above questions are quite weird. But, it might happen to anybody anytime at work or anywhere. If there are any Nepali or prominent lawyers, please reply. SS

It depands where you work bro. If you work in a company than contact your human resource Dept. on this issue. If you work under the table its about time to look for a new job.. !!!
