Do counsultancy ask u money as a deposit before joining .one consultancy is asking me and will return money aftet job .do all ask for deposit

It depends, but there are lots of consultancies that doesn't even ask you for a dime, esp if you are in a student visa. Personally, I wouldn't want to pay for the training because, Once I pay them, whether I get a job may not mean a lot to them.Those money are refundable only if get a job. Me getting job depends on so many things, not just me working hard. But, if I didn't pay them upfront at least they'll try hard to place me :).
