Ok, I think after all, these 3 days of constant search and other reviews made me think I will go for Canon. Now the problem is which one. I have 4 in mind - T3i, T4i, 60D, and my personal fav 7D, but the price is high. the thing that differs 60D and 7D is that it was Image stiching, and T3i has HDMI. I am not sure what T4i is more pricer than T3i. Guys below is the summary of all four cameras. Also, there are couple of websites that I found these cameras are cheaper than many other places. Two of my fav are - 'RYTHER CAMERA' and 'BUYDIG'. There is a great sale going on in buydig.com I have used all online tools to help me find the best price. There were couple of nice rebate deals in AMazon and Eaby, but they expired on 09/30. I know, all Nikon's tend to have better low-light performance, not just D5100 or D7000. But how often do you shoot at low lit conditions that need ISO over 1600? Both Canon and Nikon perform similar on that range. Nikons definitely have an edge 1-2 stops above 1600, but you probably won't need that too often.
