Let me answer some of the queries in the post.

The business Model of MVC Group does not include giving training and placement. I work with some vendors that I have worked with through my career. It is typically in head hunting business and business relation.

Having said that I think it gave me one more topic to explore. We will be posting some post about "Agile 101" to address the "Web Development 101" comment. Within that post, I will try to answer how a business problem, " website is too generic" translates into a project in Agile Environment. S I hope you will find the post helpful. Suggestion would be welcome so that in the way, I could also improve my website.

I think this will be a good exercise/project as there is a genuine business problem we want to solve.
