thappkka nepali embassy lai samparka garne... washington, DC jaane... nepal baata nagarikta ko photo copy lyaune kahi katai baata,,, ya ta yahi aafu sanga photo copy nagarikta ko chh bhane tyi line ani jaane... tyaha baata passport banauna help line... 2-3 mahina laaglaa passport haat ma aauna... passport haat ma aae pa6i ta, maatra ticket ta kaatnu paryo nepal ko... na visa chahinchh, na kehi... plane ma chadne ani jaane..

Or, you can call US police in 911 from your phone and tell what violence you are experiencing... If you are true and have evidence, you can always get rid out of that person and sue him/her as well. Also, you can file for U Visa based on domestic violence which will grant you, at the end, a green card.
