@ruler brother use some common sense, how hard is it for you for you to come up with itinerary, already told you use medical reasons, say you stayed at one place through the trip. use google to find a hospital name and do some quick searches of things to do around that area. If your'e asking if agents will ask about whole itinerary, then i am not qualified to answer that. Some people are lucky some arent.Usually they wount if you can tell them in general what you did and where you were.
A final suggestion for you is erase your phone before you return and dont store any pics of stuff that could tell you have been to nepal.
