The organizers has done a good job organizing the events. My hat off! Many suggestions are worth considering from GP and so on, too. I'm not a leader or for that matter am just a silent viewer. I watched it on STV. Yes the first two or three dances were western-styled ones. And there were a few dancers with Pahadi dresses. I personally also would have voted for the Pahadi girls. On the background a voice was asking, "We should not forget who are etc". 1. The organizer is a businessman selling Nepali AUTHENTIC dishes... if anybody knows who we are he/they should know it. Yes, some of you are jealous of the organizer's personal contact with the Ambassodor. So am I! 2 This is not the first time discrimination has surfaced. Please visit other posts related to caste discrimination. 3. If there are people who really care, it's not too late.. just send them prizes etc. to the ones you think should win(or organize a felicitation event). That is the closest workout I can think of. 4. Best of all, come forward, organize an event and prove it how impartial you can be. While doing so, make sure that dancers who deserve them win the prizes not because they wear Nepali dresses, unless the event is Nepali dress competition. My hat will go off for you too then.
