Peoples will not speak against those involved in this unfair result production are due to following reasons: 1. Its our Nepali attitude to accept corruptions or unfair stuffs done by our own peoples. A Nepali will not spend a minute to defend another corrupt Nepali if there is an involvement of his friend or relatives in these unfair or corruption related activities: His or her answer will be : Yadi timi pani tyaha bhayeko bhe tyahi garthyou, thats it. This statement is a disease in our society. Sajha.com also suffers this Roag. 2. Why should I speak up? Why should I spoil my relation with these peoples, because they are nice to me and I am not gaining or lossing anything because of this unfair event, it happened to someone whom I even don't know from far. At least, they organized the event, I got a chance to make connection with Royal Ambassador, Royal Employees of the Embassy, and by pointing finger towards organizers of the even, you are indirectly making a bad connection with Royal Nepal Embassy officials because these organizers have good relation with Royal Nepal Embassy and they listen to these organizers and you can be a victim of such complains. Keep silence. After all, our Royal N.E. employees expect someone to invite them in such events free of charge ... indirect gesture to keep their mouth shut up. 3. Pessimistic attitude: Yaha bhanera kehi hunna. Jatti sakchou exploit gara, yadi sakchou bhane, sakdainou bhane chuup laga. "Who cares?" attitude. 4. This is beyond our scope attitude. Who am I? I am nothing and who weighs me? kinda attitude. Now, time has changed. Write you few words, words of your dissatisfaction right here in open forums. If you don't want to be victim just because you reported here, then, write as annonymous writer. Only thing, you have to avoid is avoid using any personal names even if you know that the person is involved in the crime against society. Writing a name of the person is offensive and it becomes difficult to solve the problem, especially, when such events are organized by a group of people. That particular person might have excuses and whole blame may return to your for your blame on that particular person. Avoid name calling, so that the good guys inside the community feel ashamed and they me revolt against such wrong doings in future or come forward, in every society there are a few good peoples and the society is alive because of them. So, avoiding use of name will be a way to create a division between good and bad peoples. Keep on hitting the society and lets see the response from them. I remember when I asked about the Nepali diaspora's petition, a guy came here asked me to raise the issue in the officer's email, I did not hear him. When such public affairs come, try to avoid writing in their mailbox, because our heart is not so strong that you can stick to your point when your opponent has 100s of excuses for the mistake he has done, and you will lose your spirit to challenge him/her in future. Keep one step far from him and don't intimidate so that you can always raise the issues that don't satisfy you. If you raise the issue, the opponents will always try to intimidate and solve the problem with you in private. If you intimidate, then the problem will be never solved. Just keep your relation as in biz. If you don't like any intimidation, then they will find ways to put you down and they will desperately try to find your weaknesses and pour venom on you to make you silent. Nabiraunu nadaraunu.
