My Parents had a 5 years Multiple Visa. They have came couple times already and planning to call them here again. Last time, they left USA was February 26th 2018 and i am planning to call them around end of june this year. They have always been in USA for allocated time period which is less than 6 months and never had applied for extension.
But lately, i heard from two people i know that they were almost send back to Nepal when they arrive at Port of Entry since its not been 6 months that they left USA. one of the case was, the person extended his duration in USA and was for almost a year after 6 months of extension and he live only for 4.5 months in nepal and came back to USA. this was understandable but other case was he was just allocated 2 months of stay visa in USA even when he came back after a year. Is there some changes in immigration for tourist Visa.
Please need some info.
