I recently came back from Nepal under AP of Pending I-140(main applicant is my spouse and I-485 case In my I-94 it is parole until April 2019. H4 visa expired May 13 2018..
I also have TPS status until June 2018. But since i entered under AP of I-485 pending. What does my status be?
What do i have to do after TPS expiry date? Do I have to apply for H4 extension or wait till paroled date on I-94 that is April of 2019? Any suggestion please share..
