I am currently on TPS and it is going to expire next year. My spouse filed for my I-130 and it has been 2 months roughly. California Service Center is handling my case. According to their calculation it takes right around 15-19 months to get the I-130 approved. Looking at the timeline I barely have enough time to make it or it could take longer that anticipated. Has anybody been through or in the same boat as i am?
