My parents came in B2 visa but before 6 month expires they stayed in TPS status. They have been living in USA legally. After they came they never visited back or travelled. Now they don't want to stay either it extend or not. My concern is in the passport they have B2 entry stamp. If they want to visit again in B2 visa can it be problem in entry port? since their passport shows only entry in B2 visa and staying more than time period. Passport don't show their legal staying in TPS. What should they do? Thank You in advance.
