1.Why is your interest is in QA? I would not suggest QA, Devops sounds better and it's new trend in market. Or if you can invest good time, learn c# or java and be developer.
2. In-class is better as most of time you tend to be lazy taking online classes.
3. Fee depends on consultancy, there are loads of um around DC, NJ and Virginia.
4. Usually they will find, but you might have to go for f2f interview so be prepared.
I started my career in IT through consultancy 6 yrs ago.. I know it will be hard initially, but you need to keep trying and trust yourself. You will do it.
