Luckily I just got my H1B approved and i am planning to go back to Nepal for stamping but my case seems complicated. It been 11 years since i came to US and i never visited Nepal in these 11 years. Also it took 8 and half years for me to complete my education and finally now got H1. So i am worried if the US embassy will reject my H1 visa stamping saying i over stayed on my F1 and I took way to long to complete my bachelors.
Please suggest should i go back to Nepal for stamping and how risk will this be.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
