The main problem of Nepali living abroad or Nepal that they don't support each others to move forward, improve themselves or develop themselves or nation back home. For short gain they are even willing to harm themselves to not let others move ahead, where as other Asians like Sri Lankan, Indians, Bangladeshi etc help each others and move ahead in life.
