I get that but I just can’t use binance because as I mentioned my previous inputs. I transferred money to binance and i can see the money on history deposits and on account (as x.xxxxxxxx BTC). But when I try to buy any crypto currencies like neo/xrp etc then I get insufficient amount message. At this point not sure what to do.
