I dont know what you are trying to say but you follow this.
-- Create a Binance account
-- Since you already have coinbase , log into GDAX and transfer from coinbase to GDAX. Its free to transfer from cbase to gdax.
-- Now since you have the fund in GDAX , get you wallet address from binance ether / bitcoin whatever you choose and transfer it to that. I suggest ether because its cheaper.
