Hello,
I am a Travel Nurse in USA. My employer just filed my green card and all the documents and doing Premium Process as well, but unfortunately my employer is shutting down.
what shall i do to keep up the process going on.
If i change employer and they agreed to further process my immigration stuff, do i have to do all the paperworks again and pay the lawyer or just redo the I-140.
I m having very bad luck and probably this will be my last attempt for the green card since not sure about the TPS renewable.
please help me with suggestions and what shall i do asap.
