How about displaying all the ingredients used in this recipe individually, by name and required quantity before you start cooking, This will be helpful for someone who are not familiar with the spices that you have used especially, non-Nepali viewers, to understand better about the required ingredients( my suggestion is based upon a non-Nepali who asked me about this).
Also, could you suggest me what type of chicken is best for your recipe? Thanks.
