So many people jumping into conclusion and bringing up race/religion etc. Please STFU.
You don't khow him and what he is going through. Mental Illness is serious issue and those who undermine the issue should now consequences can be very fatal like this one. So don't try to excuse mental illness with some BS race/religion/origin.
