Hi,
I finished my school last year in may and started looking for job, i got my opt approved which started from (May 23 2106). i got the job and started working as orientation from may 15, 2016 which was for 12 hours. now, i have a pay check and i was questioned by USCIS for working before the OPT start date.
USCIS questioned me sending me letter of intent to deny when i filed for H4. i filed in beginning of this year and took them like 9 months to send me this letter.
Please suggest.
