Generally the world tends to favor the woman in most cases like this because women have been victimized for a very long time and it does make sense to favor women when the situation calls for it such as men using excessive force or violence - neither of which are present in this scenario. At the same time women want to be treated equally as men so we need to look at it without wearing the sexist hat.
