With no proof but only accusations.. and that is also based on her assumptions... Also, with her public statement in video that Mr Susil harassed her sexually (No evidence at all based on her own statement, even the local police got involved), I know Nicky has to save her a** a lot if Mr. So Assumed Sex Assaulter aka Susil Nepal files a lawsuit...
This is the USA, not Nepal where a woman can point a finger to a male, accuses him and the male is punished... It is the USA, where proof, evidence are calculated and measured in the court, then given judgement, not that some girl accused for sexual harassment and then based on her words, a judgement is given...
I can analysis that there is something fishy... She has her new album coming to get released... and she needed a publicity and sympathy....
But she might be paying a lot of prices if Mr. So Assumed Sex Assaulter aka Susil Nepal goes to court and files a case against Ms. Nicky stating defamation, stress, mental disturbance and marital life in trouble...
Again, It is just my personal thoughts and opinion.... You can counter attack my opinion with logic and arguments... you can rape my opinion and assumption... but please heartily request NOT to personally attack me... please do not attack on me and my family...

Also, Mr Susil publically stated his thoughts and ideas on shidhaa sawaal, a live nepali TV program, and it appears (I am saying, APPEARS), he did not have any wrong mentality nor he did any wrong. He 100% declined he asked Nicky for a drink... Now Nicky has to provide proof why she accused him for no proper evidence..

I am not ToriLaure, I will sue sajha and bring you in court with subpoena... I will look for legal help now for sure.. At that instance, you have to provide his MAC address, his IP and everything logged in your website to identify this guy...
