Maybe, possibly Mr Susil was a possibly a sex offender, but there is no evidence provided by Ms. Nicky... Just she came in facebook and she is a singer, and a female, I cannot take her words as granted and true.
I cannot agree with her just because she is a girl and whatever she says is true. She has to provide all the evidence that Mr. Susil harassed her so that she gets the sympathy from many people like me.
But again, do not criticize me that I am against female. I respect a female whether a nepali or a white girl, whether a worker in a subway or a celebrity like Nicky...
My point is, I cannot just trust Nicky whatever she said without any evidence in the context that she herself stated Mr. Susil did not assault her physically, verbally, or sexually... Appears it was just her fear or assumption or some thing else, I do not know all those now.

My point is, we need to hear the story of both parties and see the evidences and then shout or scream.
