Just listening one sided story, how can we be JUDGMENTAL? Just because Nicky Karki is a girl and a celebrity?
Who knows the other side of the story of Mr. Susil?
From here video, it does not appear that he physically assaulted her nor he sexually abused her. Appears it is just her fear and assumption that he might rape her or possibly kill her. You cannot accuse a person based on the assumption of another person because you cannot control the feelings of the supposed victim.
Also, who knows that Nicky loved him, and liked him and the guy refused the relationship. Karki and Nepal are bhanduu, meaning, they are like own brother and sister. A marital relationship, which a Nepalese society accepts, cannot happen between them. Who knows it might be the case that Nicky loved him and wanted the relationship to proceed but the guy refused that and out of vengeance Nicky is defaming him. We cannot just trust Nicky by just listening the side of her story.
Also, she had the opportunity to not stay in the room with him alone. She could have easily said that she does not want to stay with him alone in the room. She could have easily called or looked for help in the beginning. But she did not think the necessity of doing that.
Also, just because somebody offers to drink a beer to a girl together, that does not mean he has bad intentions. I usually drink beer with my friends who are girl and even sleep on the same room with them. That does not mean I have the intention for sex or something.
I strongly believe that by just hearing one sided story, we should not jump to the conclusion that Susil did wrong or had bad intention... there is no proof, no evidence, also she confirmed that via her live video post. It can be just her assumption because she is sick... or she might be trying to take revenge or something... I personally cannot support a girl because she is just a girl.
Now, the point here is, how about Susil sue her because of the defamation she did on live video. How about he files a lawsuit against her? There is the video and statement from Nicky herself that Susil did nothing. Now since she blamed/accused Susil, he can surely file a lawsuit and get the crap out of Nicky...
Personally, I like Nickey as a singer and as a person. She is a nice singer, appears kind and polite. But i feel something is super fishy here... I feel she is taking advantage of her celebrity status and being as a girl.
