Howdy all:
I wanted to know if there are any benefits to parents who lawfully entered to the U.S. and have a child in the U.S. I was in academic H1B and left my job. I am using TPS at the moment. I was wondering if there is an option for parents like me to adjust my status based upon my child born in here and get EAD or advance parole in future. I am not sure if TPS will be extended and want to know any good options that I could explore.
