"they need me to sign the non compete agreement for the training".... are you telling to truth?....
charging fee for training is ok.... but this .... before the project assignment..... wired......
--- now a days you can get free training with no obligation...... screw... non-competence...... but You need to be honest and honor your verbal commitment.......
----- there are plenty of them.... need suggestion?
