In the OP's case here though , usko yedi kam less than 180 days raicha bhane chai he will be fine. Uskoe eb3 2 barsako experience yedi tyo bina nai pugcha bhane , kam gareko chaina bhaenra prove garnu paryo.
THe most import thing is not how much you made its how long you did it. Remember 180 is permissiable. But in your case since you used that 180 as a part of the perm experience you might be in a problem but talk to a lawyer ASAP
