without any sever issue tetikai overstay gareko bhaye reapply nagraum bro ( at least 5 years ) us takes immigration issues seriously. no chance at all until 5 years. dosenot matter ur citizen or not. if u apply this time get rejected so will be difficult to get visa next time... if u r a citizen u can apply cg for siblings..hopefully they will get gc in 2029.
