IF, you said the following. hopefully, in 20-30-40 years, we will have a functioning democracy. I was hoping we could talk a bit more about that. What is your definition of a "functioning democracy" or atleast the minimum requirements for one. In the next 30-40 years, what do you see as an absolute requirement, for Nepal to be able to switch to democracy (from whatever) and continue as a democratic nation. My guess would be a need for increased political awareness, social awareness, higher literacy rate and infrastructure development. How would you prioritize them assuming its unrealistic to try to achieve all of them.
