First and foremost, what the writer is talking about is SUN. By using the term "Nuclear reactor," the writer is trying to make the article more catchy.

Sun is a nuclear fusion reactor. But to replace Sun with "nuclear reactor" and say all these religions praised the nuclear reactor is deceiving. Did the religion understand the concept of fusion (or fission)? Sun was a hot glowing fire for most of our ancestors - the concept of nuclear fusion/fission is a recent one. Now, there has been claim that few civilization understood the concept of fusion/fission - like Hindu and Greek civilization. But to say their religion praised a nuclear reactor is just plain deceiving.
