I looked into hospitality management job postings in Indeed and even the management level jobs have no requirements besides Bachelors. What's the point of doing Masters in this kind of field? Then there is the problem of F1 eligibility for the courses. May be try to find a MBA school which takes a 3 year school, then transfer to a STEM category.
Definitely there are schools which accept 3 year degrees, but transferring out to a cheaper school is very hard. Top of my head here are some:
