IMHO..its 50/50 effort. 50% from candidate and rest vendor ...(forgetting market force now)
i used to blame vendor in my initial days of my marketing...... now i realized its team effort..... Not my quote but find it interesting..... "It's always easy to blame others. You can spend your entire life blaming the world, but your successes or failures are entirely your own."
