@Aashirbad how good are you at modeling? A TPM needs highly specialized Skillsets and earn around 140K/annum. Your communication skills should be very superb. If you are good at modeling, I urge that you explore opportunity as a Solution Architect. Have you ever worked in Agile projects? Do you have know how of how to set up and coach teams in DevOps, CI, CD etc. then delivery manager or Technical Agile Coach may be a better idea.
