ok, to everyone who wants to know-
when flights get delayed especially in situations like the one you mentioned, it is actually insurance that pays.
so, the flydubai staff and the staff at the ministry of foreign affairs must have good understanding that what ever claim form flydubai sends as claim must be signed; in return there is small favor
why not pay for the nepali passengers? why would flydubai? they are selling water, selling cheap ticket. if they can claim insurance for $500,000 (ie 700 passenger and crew times $700 per day and night) and spend mere $10,000 by providing service for fewforeign nationals.
why care for Nepali, when their nepali officials will sign any paper right for pennies
