My unique situation:
I-140 filed: August 2015
TPS filed: December, 2015 (TPS without EAD)
Between 2015 august -2017 Feb: I-140 and I-485 approved
TPS re-registration - not filed
TPS (NOT re-registration) approved March, 2017
tl;dr; - Your concurrent applications at USCIS may delay your TPS processing
