I am in similar situation. I applied TPS without EAD. I am planning to apply this week for TPS ead. what should i do to apply TPS EAD now since I already have the receipt for I765 vwhen i initially applied for TPS. What documents are needed to apply ? do i need to write a note on I-765 stating that i didnt apply for TPS ead earlier but now i would like to apply ? anything such?
