I do not agree about peaceful gathering of UML here....but i agree that if the police had not shot, the Tikapur incident would have repeated...UML also tried to showcase the power knowingly when they realize that there are some problems in Terai which they must solve before they try to showcase their power...

PS: I do not support any political party but oppose most of them...lol....
