Ryal jharnu is your prerogative. You can look, that's not the issue. But when you squeeze the lemon in your mouth- that becomes an issue. When you start calling her names, that becomes an issue.
While I agree that the girl was in the wrong to raise hands - you can't apply double standard, if you don't want to get beaten back don't start the violence. But the guy shouldn't be calling a girl a Randi just because she is dressed provocatively.
