When I checked the Coaches Poll this morning, there were 2 teams from PAC-10(USC, Cal) and Big 12 (OU, Texas) conf. I dunno how can you say SEC is better than other conferences. here's the nos of teams from diff conf on coaches top 25 list. Pac-10 : 3 teams Big-12: 4 teams Big-10: 3 teams SEC: 4 teams ACC: 4 teams Auburn and OU still need to play their conf championship game so it's far from over.
