it sounds that students here will have a better & faster route to go through H1B (& possibly even Greencard??) than now. Only concern is -to be able to get a job that pays you 130000. That's something scary. Anyways, they will think something positive about the graduates who have done from the US universities than those who come directly from some "Bihari" Univ
