It all depends on what he is looking to be..a president of a free nation or a dictator..or rather the boss of the show he runs..
May sound like some conspiracy theory..but it makes sense. That is what he has done all along. Just like what putin did by invading crimea to distract the russians who were protesting against economic mismanagement..
