This is not what America is about
That is exactly I want to say. The only problem is ur understanding of america and my understanding of america differ. My understanding is America is law and order country that is why it is so strong, it has every right to protect it's citizen who goes out who comes in whereas u believe america as free buffet country once u paid $7.99 (here in case scientist, phd whatever). First invoke Immigration right then employment right not the other way around, that is all my request. And also understand immigration right totally bestowed on president by constitution. Ur employment right is also nowhere mentioned in constitution either just for ur info those r just a law. hope it helps.
