Nope. Only GC holders from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, and Yemen will not be allowed to re-enter.
This is kinda fuc*ed up though. What do you mean by permanent resident if you are not allowed to re-enter US? The whole idea of permanent resident has become meaningless if you are originally from those 7 countries listed above.
Why is Trump not banning people from Russia and Saudi Arabia? 15 terrorist who did 911 attacks were from Saudi Arabia.
