@nayapidi and magorkhe; In my opinion, due diligence responsibilities of a tax preparer dictates that a tax preparer should use professional judgment in dealing with the clients. If you are not satisfied, at least document that you have asked the question and put the note in file to cover your ass. If it is found that you knowingly filed the false return for the client, it's your license in line and you may face felony charges.
