It is surprising and as well thinking of mental status of US President talking about the crowd. I think it is childish talk like talking and comparing how many friends and family were in my 10th birthday. When is he going to graduate from Kindergarten talk and behavior as well?

While I was in college , college elect president was very bad on delivering his message and speeches. Couple month later he improved a lot and it was amazing.
But Trump was  in campaign since 2015 and attended and delivered hundreds of speeches by now he should have grown up and act like a president. How you say the same sentence gives different meaning. 
ला खाआआ ( it sounds like throwing food to pets)
ला खा ( more polite and genuinely asking)

We can not do anything other than expressing our concern but it would be better if mr. Trump acts  as a leader of the world not as a owner of Trump Tower business. So my point is you are not a Trump business owner but the world leader and act accordingly.
