Are you sure, you highlighted the main points ? May be you should ask to talk to the HR director if its a big company. Most HR co-coordinators, they don't know a thing.

In the Federal Register Notice, there is somewhere written that "they can't reject expired EAD for TPS when it is extended. They can't discriminate.... ". Show them that part and to run E-verify if they use one. Also there is a ph number somewhere, where HR can call and confirm your EAD. If you were a recently hired or had been working for a while, you can make them accept it. You can even threaten them with a lawsuit. I was a recent hire and had to go through what I said in the previous post (not threatening with lawsuit though ).

If you haven't been hired yet, that's a different story. They can hire at their own discretion. Practically (Technically you can sue them ! ) there is nothing you can do about it.
