This came out quick, not sure how. My uncle works at Nepal Embassy and he said that when the White House Chief of Staff was discourteous to Nepal's Chief Diplomat at the Foreign Services, Mr. Meg Raj Munakarmi, he became infuriated too and transferred the phone directly to Mr. Prime Minister. When Chief of Staff and then, for some weird reason, the Press Secretary were both discourteous, Mr. Prime Minister lost it and snapped out. Mr. Prime Minister inadvertently cursed "मा*चिक*ने" to Sean Spicer, in a phone call which is generally a formally recorded line between US Embassy Office in Nepal and the White House. It was later disclosed to my uncle that Reince Priebus had initially thought the call was from the businessman Prachandapoli in Naples, who usually liaisons their affair with Tsar. But because of Munakarmi's accent he had gotten confused about where the call came from.
