@phish Hi sathi, if you have been out of status for a long duration, there will be some issues.
For Adjustment of Status via green card process, you MUST NOT have been out of status for more than 6 months before you applied for TPS. Unlawful presence for more than 180 days (6 months), triggers a 3 year bar, and unlawful presence over a year triggers a 10 year bar. There may be provision for appeals. See link below.
