its like someone in other thread saying he got GC through genuine asylum case. LMAO. Go to NY, you will meet hundreds who got GC as Tibetans refugees after they entered US with Nepali passport. And they still identify themselves as Tibetans, while in reality they are people from Mustang, Manang, Solukhumbu... all those northern districts. Not only Nepal, this problem is rampant in many third world countries. Number of Nepali cases pale in comparison to other countries. African, Arabian, Cuban....... their cases far outnumber, even by times, nepali ones.
